摘要:316L不銹鋼在油田采出水需要陰極保護。本文研究其陰極極化行為,以獲得陰極保護參數。采用極化曲線、循環伏安法、恒電位陰極極化以及交流阻抗法研究其陰極極化行為,采用掃描電子顯微鏡觀察其形貌,采用慢拉伸實驗法研究陰極極化條件下的應力應變特征。結果表明,自腐蝕條件下316L不銹鋼在油田采出水中有明顯孔蝕,-400mV 孔蝕基本受到抑制,-500mV,-600mV 和-700mV 極化下孔蝕完全被抑制,并有微量沉積層覆蓋;自腐蝕條件下拉伸時,316L不銹鋼的斷裂具有明顯的韌性斷裂特征;-600mV極化下,316L不銹鋼出現氫脆斷裂趨勢;-700mV和-800mV極化下,316L不銹鋼的斷裂具有明顯的脆性斷裂特征。

Cathodic Polarization Behavior of 316L SS in Simulated Oilfield Produced Water

Abstract: In order to study the cathodic protection law of 316L SS in simulated oilfield produced water, polarization curve, cyclic voltammetry,constant potential cathodic polarization,EIS and SSRT were used. SEM, EDS, XRD were combined to analyze the morphology, composition and constitution of the products. The result indicated that in simulated oilfield produced water, 316L SS had obvious pitting corrosion at OCP, - 400 mV pitting corrosion is restrained, basic - 500 mV, - 600 mV - 700 mV polarization and pitting corrosion was suppressed, and traces of sedimentary cover. At OCP, 316 l stainless steel has the obvious characteristic of ductile fracture, at - 600 mV, it had hydrogen embrittlement fracture trend; at - 700 mV and - 800 mV, the fracture was brittle fracture.
