     摘  要:以某型車用增壓器渦輪為例,研究了渦輪葉片葉根疲勞可靠性評價方法與疲勞壽命概率分布特征。基于發動機耐久性考核試驗剖面,分析了增壓器渦輪葉片葉根部位的應力歷程。針對渦輪葉片葉根疲勞失效模式,建立了以發動機耐久性試驗剖面循環次數為壽命度量指標的渦輪可靠性評價模型,研究了渦輪葉片葉根疲勞可靠度與失效率變化規律以及疲勞壽命概率分布特征,給出了滿足不同可靠度要求的渦輪葉片葉根疲勞壽命。

    Study on the Fatigue Reliability of Blade Root of Turbine of Turbocharger for Vehicle Application

    Abstract: Taking a turbine of turbocharger for vehicle application as an example, the method for evaluating the fatigue reliability and the fatigue life probabilistic characteristics of blade root of turbine is studied. Based on the endurance test profile of vehicle engine, the fatigue stress spectrum of turbine blade root is analyzed. Then, with the cycles of the endurance test profile of vehicle engine as life parameter, the reliability model of turbine with blade root fatigue failure mode is developed, the rules that the reliability and failure rate of turbine with the failure mode of blade root fatigue change are studied, and the reliable life of turbine with blade root fatigue failure mode is calculated.
