摘要：本文對國際海事組織（IMO）規定的貨油艙耐蝕鋼腐蝕性能標準及檢測技術條件進行了分析，并對我國自主研發的上甲板、內底板腐蝕評價裝置進行了介紹。裝置相關技術參數均滿足IMO規定，具備進行耐蝕鋼產品耐蝕性認證能力，為國產耐蝕鋼及其配套型材、焊材等的腐蝕評價提供了設備保證。目前，耐蝕鋼腐蝕實驗室及檢測裝置已通過了CCS、CMA、CNAS等機構認可，并完成了國內首批耐蝕鋼--鞍鋼耐蝕鋼的腐蝕性能認證工作，是國內最權威的船用耐蝕鋼腐蝕評價機構。未來，貨油艙耐蝕鋼腐蝕檢測技術會繼續發展，更好地為我國耐蝕鋼的應用和推廣提供技術支持。

Research and application of marine testing technology of corrosion
resistance steel  based on the IMO standard

Abstract：Testing standards of corrosion resistance for the deck in cargo tank were released by IMO in 2010. In this paper, corrosion testing devices of the deck were explained and technical approaches were expounded, and the technical indexes of the device were introduced. The device can meet the requirements of IMO. The device can be used for corrosion test corrosion resistant steel. Corrosion resistant steel laboratory through CNAS, CMA, CCS certification, and has certification qualification for corrosion resistant steel corrosion. Corrosion resistant steel laboratory completed the certification work of Angang Steel cargo oil tank corrosion resistant steel. This laboratory is the most Authority for corrosion testing of corrosion resistant steel.
