1 反應釜試驗 Autoclave test
依據:作業方規定、ASTM G111、SY/T5273等
Standard:Operatorspecified, ASTM G111, SY/T 5273, etc
目的:獲得緩蝕劑質量的基本情況
Purpose:CI qualification - Base case
優點:可模擬現場腐蝕性氣體分壓(H2S、CO2)、溫度、水化學,也包括預分配性試驗
Advantages:Testing includes field partial pressure, H2S/CO2, temperature, water chemistry, pre-partitioning can be included
局限性:沒有明確規定的壁面剪切力,需要根據具體情況進行調整。ASTM指南的指導性有限
Limits:No specified shear stress, adjustment required for specific conditions. ASTM guidance is limited.
2 靜態試驗 Static test
依據:ASTM G31、JB/T 7901
Standard:ASTM G31, JB/T 7901
目的:與反應釜實驗相似,但僅限低壓使用
Purpose:Set up in line with autoclave(low pressure only)
優點:反應全面腐蝕性能,也可以用于緩蝕劑試驗
Advantages: Generic corrosion performance, set up can also be used for CI testing;
局限性:并非特定用于緩蝕劑評價與復雜的預分配性試驗
Limits: Not specific to CI evaluation, complicated pre-partitioning
3 流動試驗 Flow tests
依據:ASTM G170
Standard: ASTM G170
目的:流動測試概述
Purpose: Overvies of flow testing
優點:提供了一些試驗結構框架
Advantages: Give some structure
局限性:不完整、缺少流動環路試驗
Limits: Not complete and misses flow loop test
4 沖擊濺射試驗 Jet Impingement(JI)
依據:ASTM G170,ASTM G208
Standard:ASTM G170, ASTM G208
目的:流動影響測試、分級、預篩選
Purpose:Testing of flow impact, ranking, pre-selection
優點:高剪切力、相對便宜(測試費)、快速出結果
Advantages:High shear, relative cheap, fast results
局限性:不可控剪切力、與實際情況沒有明確的關聯
Limits: Uncontrolled shear, unclear correlation with reality
5 旋轉籠Rotating cage(RC)
依據:ASTM G184、ASTM G202
Standard: ASTM G184, ASTM G202
目的:測試、分級、預篩選
Purpose: Testing, ranking, pre-selection
優點:簡單、可分級、大表面
Advantages: Simple, ranking, large surface
局限性:反映的流動影響不具有代表性
Limits: Flow impact not representative
6 旋轉圓柱Rotating cylinder(RD)
依據:ASTM G185
Standard: ASTM G185
目的:動態緩蝕劑質量評價
Purpose:CI qualification for flow
優點:可以模擬現場流速和剪切力
Advantage: Mimic field velocity and wall shear stress
局限性:低于50Pa時可靠
Limits: Only reliable for relative low shear <50Pa
7 小瓶試驗 Kettle/bubble test
依據:NACE 1D196
Standard: NACE 1D196
目的:測試、排序、預篩選
Purpose: testing, ranking, pre-selection
優點:簡單、低成本
Advantage: simple, low cost
局限性:只適合常壓CO2
Limits:only atmospheric CO2
8 環路試驗Flow loop(FL)
依據:作業方規定
Standard: Operator specified
目的:動態緩蝕劑質量評價
Purpose:CI qualification for flow
優點:高剪切力、最接近現場工況
Advantage: Most realistic field comparison can go to higher shear stress
局限性:貴、復雜、設備少
Limits: more expensive and complicated, limited availability
9 分配性試驗(與緩蝕劑質量相關的寬泛方法)
目的:反映生產工藝(采用LC-MS測試殘余量)
Purpose: Indication of behavior in the process(residuals, LC-MS)
優點:是必要的,尤其是在條件改變后進行評估時(包括:時間或管道中含水率、鹽度和持液率)
Advantage: necessary especially for evaluation of changing condition(over time or in a pipeline water rations, salinity and water hold up situations)
局限性:可靠性差
Limits:several methods not all reliable
10 轉輪試驗Wheel test
依據:NACE 1D182
Standard: NACE 1D182
目的:測試、排序、預篩選
Purpose: testing, ranking, pre-selection
優點:簡單、低成本
Advantage: simple, low cost
局限性:只適合常壓CO2
Limits: only atmospheric CO2
11 垢下腐蝕(LPR或沉積物)Under deposit in beaker with LPR
目的:垢下緩蝕劑測試
Purpose: CI testing for under deposit
優點:反映垢對緩蝕劑效果的影響,也與酸腐蝕有關
Advantage: indication of effect of specific deposits, also relevant for sour
局限性:相對性能、不準確
Limits: relative performance, not accurate
12 在參考表面沉積一些特定顆粒的垢下腐蝕Under deposit, some grains at a reference surface
目的:垢下緩蝕劑測試
Purpose: CI testing for under deposit
優點:反映特定沉積物的影響,也與酸腐蝕有關
Advantage: indication of effect of specific deposits, also relevant for sour
局限性:相對性能、不準確
Limits: relative performance, not accurate
13 焊縫腐蝕試驗Preferential weld corrosion test
目的:在CO2腐蝕條件下,低鎳焊縫的緩蝕劑質檢
Purpose:low Ni weld for CI qualification in sweet conditions
優點:高壓反應釜中或A依照STM G31開展測試,評價結果是可靠的
Advantage: in autoclave or ASTM G31, reliable for its purpose
局限性:復雜、貴
Limits:complicated and expensive
14 緩蝕劑預膜測試Batch inhibition test
目的:緩蝕劑預膜質量持久性測試
Purpose: Batch inhibitor qualification persistency
優點:封閉的高壓反應釜,在測試前用一定濃度的緩蝕劑浸漬和滴注試樣
Advantage: closed autoclave with dip and drip of concentration CI application of specimen before testing
局限性:通常沒有電化學評價
Limits: typically no electrochemical evaluation
