    實驗室浸泡試驗和電化學(xué)試驗時研究縫隙腐蝕的重要方法。對于浸泡試驗法,設(shè)計型式多樣的人造縫隙,采用多種腐蝕介質(zhì),一般以腐蝕質(zhì)量或腐蝕深度評定試驗結(jié)果;電化學(xué)測試方法是以某些電化學(xué)參數(shù)作為判據(jù),來比較金屬材料對縫隙腐蝕的相對敏感性,一般來說,電化學(xué)測試方式可縮短縫隙腐蝕的誘導(dǎo)期而達(dá)到加速腐蝕試驗的目的。浸泡試驗法包括三氯化鐵實驗、縫隙腐蝕的加速試驗方法、多縫隙腐蝕試驗、MTI試驗、臨界縫隙腐蝕溫度法等;電化學(xué)測試方法包括ASTM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗方法、恒電位試驗、動電位極化試驗法、遠(yuǎn)距離縫隙裝置試驗等。
