摘要:在模擬壓水堆一回路B/Li水和加鋅水中,采用U彎和慢拉伸(SSRT)實驗研究了加鋅對國產核級不銹鋼(SSs)應力腐蝕行為的影響。結果表明,U彎樣品在高溫高壓水溶液中4500小時的浸泡過程中沒有出現環境致裂現象, 加鋅后緊湊拉伸(CT)敏化SSs樣品的腐蝕開裂敏感性減弱。加鋅水環境中SSs表面致密、穩定氧化膜的生成對抑制其腐蝕開裂起關鍵作用,給出了基于雙層膜模型的SSs表面裂紋形成圖解。

Effects of Zn injection on the stresscorrosioncracking behaviors of domestic nuclear-grade stainless steels in high temperature aqueous environment

Abstract:Stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of sensitized 304 stainless steel (SS) in borated and lithiated high temperature water without and with Zn injection was studied using U bent test and slow stain rate test (SSRT)。The U-bent tests show that the samples of sensitized SSs in high temperature water without/with Zn immersion for 4500 hours have been found no significant environmental assisted cracking.the SSRT tests show that the sensitized SSs CT samples have a lower susceptibility to environmental assisted cracking in Zn environment. The stable oxides formed on SSs in ZWC environment play a key role on suppression of the cracking, the model of crack tip based on duplex layer model is given to explain the phenomenon.
