  2. 飲用水水質(zhì)對缺陷涂層腐蝕機理的影響

      摘要:本文研究了缺陷涂層在不同水質(zhì)的飲用水模擬溶液中的腐蝕機理,分別采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和EDS能譜儀對腐蝕產(chǎn)物的形貌和成分進行了分析。結果表明,在含Ca2+較多的溶液中,缺陷處形成致密的水垢,延緩涂層的陰極剝離進程,并在水垢附近形成雙層銹結構;在含Ca2+較少的溶液中,垢的生長受到限制,無法起到保護作用,缺陷處布滿黃銹,并且起泡現(xiàn)象嚴重。

    Effects of the quality of drinking water on the corrosion mechanism of defected coating

      Abstract:The corrosion mechanism of defected coating were studied in synthetic drinking water with different composition. The morphology and composition of corrosion products were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS)。 The results show that the sample immersing in the solution containing more Ca2+ were protected by scale deposit covering the defect, which delayed the process of cathodic delamination. In the solution containing less Ca2+, the coating blistered around the defect because of the loose accumulation of the corrosion products.
