1. Commercial Operations Marketing Technologist, MRS Greater China/市場(chǎng)部營(yíng)銷(xiāo)科技專(zhuān)員，自然科研大中華區(qū)

Working Location: Shanghai

This position is to evaluate emerging technologies, provide ad tech support for all new digital ad initiatives （including social media initiatives） and manage projects in line with commercial objectives, aimed at aligning with our goals on customer engagement in China. This position will also support commercial revenue through setup, delivery and optimization of digital ad campaigns for commercial projects, by utilizing both global and local data management platform and marketing automation systems where available.

We expect you:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience; Work experience in project management capacity; Excellent English communication skills （business level）； Excellent in XML/HTML/XHMTL/CSS; Proficient in use of web analytics applications （Google Analytics, Webtrends, Omniture, Coremetrics etc.）； Basic SQL skills （querying, performance optimisation, stored procedures & views）； Proficient in Photoshop/Sketch and Illustrator; A strong understanding of web technologies and principals include responsive design, SEO, PPC and knowledge of ad serving systems i.e. Google ad manager/ Revive; Experience of working with advertising creative; Previous experience of working with digital marketing tools and marketing automation; Related experience in working in technology focussed business; Can handle projects independently; Can debug/troubleshoot issues on the website as they arise.

2. Account Manager, Career Services / 客戶(hù)經(jīng)理

Working Location: Shanghai

This position is to classify advertising sales to clients based in Shanghai China. Selling print and digital options across all Nature Research journals and across Nature.com, as well as NatureCareers Live expo and more talent recruitment-oriented solutions.

We expect you:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with prospecting and cold calling; excellent phone manner and high level of customer service; strong organizational skills; ability to cope under pressure; good knowledge of general office computer software （including MS Office）， client oriented and pro-active sales approach.

3. Account Manager, Hong Kong & Taiwan / 客戶(hù)經(jīng)理， 港臺(tái)地區(qū)

Working Location: Shanghai

This position is to develop and grow sales revenues to achieve financial targets across all relevant products for relevant defined territory/client accounts.

We expect you:

Strong commercial drive alongside proven experience in maximising revenue potential and business development; ability to develop needs and value-based proposals of products and solutions; ability to develop needs and value-based proposals of products and solutions; positive ability to develop long-term professional relationships with clients; strong interpersonal and influential communication skills, with effective negotiation and presentation skills; highly self-motivated, resourceful and achievement oriented ; active, supportive and problem-solving team player.

4. Customer Support Specialist – China / 客戶(hù)支持專(zhuān)員

Working Location:  Beijing

This position will provide support （primarily by phone and chat） for our partner American Journal Experts （AJE）， a company located in North Carolina, USA.

We expect you:

Superb Chinese communication skills; passion for customer service; solid English reading and writing skills; passionate about interacting with people in real time.

5. Editorial Submissions Advisor （China） / 投稿顧問(wèn)

Working Location: Shanghai

This position will provide an excellent service to Chinese researchers in suggesting the best possible choice of journals to submit their papers. This is an important new role and will provide excellent experience for individuals wishing to start or progress in a career in academic publishing.

We expect you:

MSc or PhD level in any area of science, technology or medicine, proficiency in English, and should be keen to expand knowledge outside of their immediate area of specialty.
