一、招聘學科

1. 理科領域（數學、物理學、統計學、化學）；

5. 醫學與生命學科領域（基礎醫學、臨床醫學、公共衛生與預防醫學、藥學、口腔醫學、中西醫結合、護理學、生物學、生物醫學工程）；

6.經濟與管理學科領域（應用經濟學、理論經濟學、管理科學與工程、工商管理、公共管理）；

7. 人文社科學科領域（外國語言文學、法學、哲學、馬克思主義理論、新聞傳播學、社會學、教育學、體育學、設計學）；

8. 以上領域交叉學科。

二、招聘崗位和待遇

（一）青年拔尖人才

具有博士學位，年齡一般不超過40周歲，取得突出學術業績，具備成為領軍人才的潛質。中組部青年千人、青年拔尖人才，教育部青年長江學者，國家基金委優秀青年基金獲得者等可直接入選。

? 薪酬：個人收入=校發基本薪酬+國家省部獎金+其他收入（學院績效分配+科研及社會服務收入）

♦ 青年千人：基本薪酬45萬/年+國家、陜西省一次性獎勵100萬+其他收入

♦ 青年長江學者：基本薪酬45萬/年+教育部獎勵10萬/年×3年+其他收入

♦ 中組部青年拔尖人才、優秀青年基金獲得者：基本薪酬45萬/年+其他收入

♦ 其他入選者：

1. 教授：基本薪酬45萬/年+其他收入

2. 特聘研究員：基本薪酬30萬/年+其他收入

• 優秀者可另獲12萬/年的生活補助；特殊情況可面議。

? 工作條件和生活待遇：自然科學類提供200萬以上、人文社會科學類50萬以上科研配套經費；一次性安家費35萬；入住人才公寓或購買人才住房；子女享受本校附屬中小幼優質教育條件。

（二）專職科研人員

具有博士學位，品學兼優，身體健康，年齡一般在35周歲以下。在相關學術領域已取得明顯業績。專職科研人員將以博士后方式招收和管理，進站后認定為助理研究員職務，實行合約管理，聘期為2-6年。

? 招收類別：

1. 特別資助人員：依托國家、省部重點研究基地或承擔國家重大需求任務的團隊，招收國外（境外）世界排名前100名高校的博士畢業生或其他特別優秀的博士畢業生。

2. 外籍人員：依托我校發起的“絲綢之路大學聯盟”，招收優秀外籍博士畢業生。

3. 專職科研人員：依托學校的科研平臺，招收在相關學術領域取得明顯業績的博士畢業生。

4. 企業資助人員：依托學校與政府、企業聯合建立的合作平臺，學校與企業聯合招收，開展企業項目研究。

? 薪酬：學校提供的基本薪酬+陜西省生活補助+團隊或導師生活補貼。

♦ 特別資助人員的收入一般不低于33萬元/年

♦ 外籍人員一般不低于21萬元/年

♦ 專職科研人員根據學科不同一般不低于16～21萬元/年

♦ 企業資助人員的收入標準由企業、團隊或導師確定

? 工作條件和生活待遇：繳納社會保險和住房公積金（為外籍和港澳臺地區人員購買商業保險），提供公寓住房、子女入學等待遇。

Xi'an Jiaotong University, as one of the first universities entering China's "211 Project" and “985 Project”, is selected to be developed into a global first-class university. Xi'an Jiaotong University is a comprehensive research university with scientific focus. 1. Applicants should have obtained PhD degree and under the age of 40.

2. Applicants should have outstanding academic achievements in their chosen fields, be prominent among peers and have the potential to become future leaders in relevant areas.

♦ Research Fellows Recruitment

1. Research fellows with special subsidy: PhD graduates from world top-100 universities in foreign countries or a region outside mainland China, or exceptional outstanding PhD graduates for key research bases at national or provincial level, or teams that undertaking significant research tasks of the nation.

2. Foreign research fellows: Outstanding foreign PhD graduates for “Universities Alliance of the New Silk Road (UANSR)” initiated by our university.

3. Full-time research fellows for scientific research: PhD graduates with remarkable performance in related academic fields for the scientific research platform at XJTU.

4. Research fellows with enterprise subsidy: Based on the cooperative platform co-established by the Xi’an Jiaotong University, the government and enterprises, research fellows for enterprises research projects are recruited by the university jointly with enterprises.
