一 學校簡介

香港中文大學（深圳）是一所經國家教育部批準，按中外合作辦學條例設立，傳承香港中文大學的辦學理念和學術體系的大學。以創建一所立足中國、面向世界的一流研究型大學為己任，致力于培養具有國際視野、中華傳統和社會擔當的創新型高層次人才。

經過七年的發展，大學學科建設已逐步完善，現有經管學院、理工學院、人文社科學院、生命與健康科學學院、數據科學學院、醫學院和音樂學院七個學院和一個研究生院。截至目前，大學已開設22個本科專業，25個研究生（碩士、博士）項目。目前，來自世界各地的8000多名優秀學子正在港中大（深圳）求學。

大學面向全球招聘，已建立一支具國際水準的師資隊伍，截至2021年底，大學已引進世界知名教師440多位，其中包括諾貝爾獎得主5位、圖靈獎得主2位、菲爾茲獎獲得者1位、國內外院士近30位、國家級專家人才60余位。目前引進的教師100%具有在國際一流高校執教或研究工作經驗，75%以上的教授年齡在40周歲以下，是一批具有國際視野、富有創新精神和教書育人熱忱的優秀教師。

香港中文大學（深圳）建校以來，以創新驅動為指引，以粵港澳大灣區需求為導向，積極打造國際化科技創新平臺，組建國家級工程實驗室、廣東省重點實驗室等各級科研創新平臺54個；承擔一批重大重點項目，獲省市認定創新團隊9個，累計獲批科研經費超過18億元；產出了一批包括Nature、Science論文在內的高水平科研成果。我校以服務國家重大戰略、服務大灣區建設、服務經濟建設和社會民生為導向，重點布局人工智能與機器人、數據科學與大數據技術、通信工程、數學、物理、化學、生命科學、藥學、臨床醫學、先進材料、新能源、經濟學、管理學、全球研究、心理學、翻譯學、音樂表演等方向。計算機科學與技術、材料科學與工程、應用經濟學、生物學等四個學科已納入廣東省“沖補強”提升計劃重點建設學科。

大學注重國際交流和學生國際視野的培養，截至目前，港中大（深圳）開展實質性交流與合作的境外名校伙伴已超過120所。遍布世界29個國家和地區，各類國際合作項目近210個。

二 人才待遇

1. 職位薪酬：國際一流大學教職體系，豐厚的年薪（與香港中文大學相當）；

2. 人才補貼：

領軍人才：各級政府、學校人才補貼610-950萬元；

優秀青年人才：各級政府、學校人才補貼269-441萬元。

3. 科研經費：

領軍人才：國家級科研經費資助300萬元，學校科研啟動經費200-650萬元；

優秀青年人才：國家級科研經費資助100-300萬元，學校科研啟動經費150-600萬元。

4. 配套支持：

（1）科研支持：一流的辦公條件、實驗環境和設備支持，根據科研工作需求配備科研團隊和行政秘書等，提供充裕的博士生和博士后指標；

（2）安居支持：提供校內教師公寓和政府安居房；

（3）生活配套：子女入學（附屬幼兒園、小學、初中），協助解決配偶就業，除“五險一金”外，提供補充商業保險。

三 申報條件

申報人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或在2021年1月1日后回國（來華）工作；引進后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，并全職回國工作不少于3年。

1、領軍人才：

（1）取得博士學位；（2）在海外著名高校、科研機構擔任相當于副教授及以上職務，或在國際知名企業擔任高級職務的專業技術人才；（3）在本學科取得突出成績。

2、優秀青年人才：

（1）出生日期在1982年1月1日（含）以后；（2）研究方向主要為自然科學、工程技術等；（3）取得博士學位，在2022年4月15日前，一般應在海外高校、科研機構、企業研發機構獲得正式教學或者科研職位，且具有連續36個月以上工作經歷；在海外取得博士學位且業績特別突出的，可適當放寬工作年限要求。

四 申報流程

1、領軍人才：

項目申報截止時間預計為4月中旬，具體申報要求待官方通知。

2、優秀青年人才：

（1）符合條件的優秀青年項目申請人，可按照項目指南要求，與依托單位簽訂工作合同或者意向性協議，于2022年2月15日以后登錄信息系統，在線填寫《國家自然科學基金優秀青年科學基金項目（海外）申請書》。申請人對所提交申請材料的真實性負責。

（2）依托單位在規定的項目申請截止日期（2022年4月15日）前提交本單位電子申請書及附件材料。

The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen was founded in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools upon approval by the Ministry of Education. 1. Benefits

Salary: 

competitive salary (similar to the Chinese University of Hong Kong);

Subsidy: 

Leading Talent: 6.1 to 9.5 million yuan talent subsidy from governments and the University;

Young Talent: 2.69 to 4.41 million yuan talent subsidy from governments and the University.

Funding:  

Leading Talent: 3 million yuan from national research funds, 2 to 6.5 million yuan from university research start-up funds;

Young Talent: 1 to 3 million yuan from national research funds, 1.5 to 6 million yuan from university research start-up funds.

Other Supports:

(1) Research: fine office and experimental environment, research team and administrative secretary are equipped;

(2) Housing: on-campus staff residential apartments and government housing;

(3) Other: children's school (affiliated kindergarten, primary school and junior middle school), assist spouse in employment, and provide supplementary commercial insurance.

2. Position Specifications

Not yet come back to China to work full-time, or come back to China to work after Jan. 1, 2021. Successful applicants are required to work full-time for 3 years at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.

A. Leading Talent:

Applicants should (1) have obtained a doctorate degree from a world renowned university; (2) Associate professor or equivalent in a prestigious university or R&D institute; and/or senior technical or managerial professional in a company or financial institution outside Chinese mainland; (3) Have achieved outstanding achievements in the field.

B. Young Talent:

Applicants should (1) born after Jan. 1st, 1982; (2) have obtained a doctorate degree; (3) before April 15, 2022, having no less than three years continuously research or teaching experience outside China in a prestigious university or R&D institute (Exceptions will be given to applicants who have obtained the doctor degree overseas with extraordinary research achievement);  (4) research directions are mainly natural sciences, engineering technology, etc.
